American Fried Rice Three Friends

Procedure

Ingredients

  • Smoked cocktail sausages with crispy skin (two pork pieces)
  • Special selected smoked bacon TGM
  • Ham sandwich TGM
  • Steamed jasmine rice 1 cup
  • Chicken egg 1 piece
  • Tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Granulated sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Seasoning sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Diced onion 1 tablespoon
  • Raisins as desired
  • Green peas as desired
  • Corn as desired
  • Carrot as desired
  • Fresh butter

Method

  • Fry the sunny-side-up egg and set aside.
  • Grill the prepared sandwich ham and smoked bacon, then set aside.
  • Slice the smoked cocktail sausage with crispy skin at both ends. This type of sausage is made from collagen casing and does not need to be peeled. Grill it and then set aside.
  • Heat a pan to stir-fry by adding butter and melting it. Add diced onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add the prepared steamed rice, then add carrots, peas, corn, and raisins, and stir-fry together. Season with ketchup, light soy sauce, sugar, and seasoning sauce. Stir well, then turn off the heat.
  • Scoop onto a plate and garnish beautifully with the fried egg, smoked cocktail sausage with crispy skin, smoked bacon, and sandwich ham that were prepared.
