Urgent Hiring

• Pulling balances into the system
• Comparing system balances with manual counts and organizing data
• Recording purchase invoices with tax invoices
• Verifying copies of sales tax invoices
• Preparing a table to call all remaining balances (at the end of every month)
• Recording data to close costs in the Bplus system
• Sending the remaining balance of the month calculated in value
• Requesting interim reports in the Express VAT system to order goods with available invoice numbers
• As assigned by the supervisor

• Male, Female
• Age 30 and above
• Education level: Vocational Certificate or higher in Accounting
• Able to close financial statements
• At least 4 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to use accounting software (Express) will be given special consideration
• Eager to learn, proactive in thinking and problem-solving
• CPD certification will be given special consideration
